Client Comments

From Nigel Brewerton (Transition Director, Serco Civil Government)
"Liz provided strategic and operational communications support to the GSTS team from Sep 08 to Apr 09.  This was a period which covered the pre go live, go live and post go live periods. She then directly supported further communications activity in another Serco Pathology opportunity, based on the initial work she had successfully completed with GSTS. Liz quickly established herself as an important member of our team and she identified the critical path plan and activities that were required to allow GSTS to achieve its initial communications' goals.  She was actively involved in the delivery of all facets of the communications project and was instrumental in developing and maintaining good relations with Partner communications' staff. Overall, Liz was a very effective member of the transition team and her work was fundamental to our overall success."
